The next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Microbiology of ANAS was held.
The final annual reports on the scientific and scientific-organizational activities of 6 laboratories of the institution in 2021 have been listened at the meeting chaired by the Director General of the enterprise, corresponding member of ANAS Panah Muradov.
Heads of laboratories of Soil Microbiology, Experimental Mycology, Microbiological Biotechnology, Biologically Active Substances, Phytopathogenic Microorganisms and Biological Control, Aquatic Microbiology spoke at the event, informed about the results of research work, their scientific and practical significance and responded questions.
Then, P.Muradov stressed that the structural units of the institute in their activities this year were relied on the decrees and orders of the President, state programs, as well as the decisions of the General Meeting of ANAS and the Presidium of the Academy, and achieved the thematic plan. He praised the implementation of scientific research in the current reporting year, as well as in the liberated territories.
P.Muradov conveyed relevant instructions and recommendations to the heads of laboratories to further improve scientific activity and highlighted the importance of giving priority to work that will contribute to the economy of the republic, along with fundamental research next year.
Finally, it was unanimously decided to adopt the reports.
