By the decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the head of the Laboratory of Microbiological Biotechnology of the Institute of Microbiology of the Ministry of Education and Science, Konul Bakhshaliyeva was awarded the academic title of Professor and presented with a professor's certificate.
To the list of achievements of K. Bakhshaliyeva - the youngest scientist among biologists of the current generation of Azerbaijan, who received the degree of doctor of sciences, the title of the youngest professor among biologists is also included.
We note that the scientist successfully defended her doctoral thesis in 2017, in 2018 she was elected a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, and in 2021 she was elected an active member of the International Academy of Sciences of the Turkic World for her contribution to the development of domestic science and was awarded the "International Golden Star" medal of this institution.
