Head of the Laboratory of Microbiological Biotechnology of the Institute of Microbiology of ANAS, Dr. Biology, Assoc. Prof. Konul Bakhshaliyeva's article dubbed "Evaluation of Some Food Products Produced in Azerbaijan According to the Species Composition and Ecological Trophic Relations of Fungal Biota" was published in the authoritative journal "Bioscience biotechnology research communications" (India) (2021, v.14, № 1, pp.147-151).
The article, all experiments conducted at the current enterprise, is devoted to the study of a number of materials used for food purposes in Azerbaijan in terms of species composition of their mycobiotics, ecological-trophic ties and forms of specialization.
The fact that the studied food products are one of the habitats of fungi and the participation of 63 species of real fungi in the formation of mycobiotics of the studied products, among them the predominance of non-real biotrophic and saprotrophic fungi, allergens, toxins and conventional pathogens, the expediency of improving the sanitary-epidemiological rules and regulations in accordance with the above has been experimentally confirmed.
