Conducted joint lectures of first-year undergraduates studying in institutions of the Department of Biological and Medical Sciences
On October 4, there were joint lectures on the specialties "History and Methodology of Biology" and "Modern Problems of Biology" for first-year undergraduates majoring in "Biology", studying in the Department of Biology and Medicine.
In lectures delivered at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of ANAS, 10 undergraduates from this institution, 6 undergraduates from the Institute of Genetic Resources, 3 undergraduates from the Institute of Microbiology and 3 undergraduates from the Institute of Botany have participated.
Vice-President of ANAS, Chairman of the Academic Council of the Department of Biological and Medical Sciences, acad. Irada Huseynova got acquainted with the course.
Note that the joint teaching of general disciplines in the master's program of ANAS is the first. The course "History and Methodology of Biology" is conducted by ANAS corresponding member Ibrahim Azizov. The subject "Modern problems of biology" will be presented by leading scientists from various institutions of DBMS.
