Employees of the Institute of Microbiology of ANAS Dr., Assoc. Prof. Konul Bakhshaliyeva and Ph.D. Irada Babayeva visited the 15th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Agricultural Exhibition Caspian Agro 2022 and the 27th Azerbaijan International Food Industry Exhibition InterFood Azerbaijan 2022.
A total of 449 companies from 24 countries are participating in the exhibitions, including 101 domestic and 348 foreign companies. Here they work with both foreign and local companies to treat plant diseases in agriculture, especially those with fungal diseases - alternariosis, fusariosis, etc. They exchanged views on the methods used against it and provided information on the methods of biological control, obtained as a result of research conducted at the Institute and environmentally friendly. They also exchanged views with representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on future scientific cooperation.
