Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I make a decision in order to strengthen the interaction of science and education and improve management in these areas:
The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be called the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan (hereinafter - the Ministry).
Powers related to implementation of state policy and regulation in the realm of science, coordination and direction of scientific activities of scientific institutions and organizations should be assigned to the Ministry.
The following agencies should be established under the Ministry:
3.1. State Agency for Science and Higher Education;
3.2. State Agency for Preschool and General Education.....
