Head of the Laboratory of Phytopathogenic Microorganisms and Biological Control of the Institute of Microbiology of ANAS, Ph.D. in Biology Gunel Gasimova and employees of the laboratory Ph.D. in Biology Ilham Aliyev, Ph.D. in Biology Shahla Babayeva and Ph.D. in Biology Vafa Hasanova visited the Agricultural Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture to get samples from the experimental fields and explore the possibility of conducting joint research in the future.
Deputy Director for General Affairs of the Institute, Ph.D. in Agrarian Sciences Shikar Ahmadov informed about the work done at the experimental stations. Research work to be carried out both in the field and in the laboratory was discussed together.
It was considered expedient to monitor the vegetation period of fodder crops grown in the experimental areas of the institute, as well as to conduct research on the assessment of phytosanitary status in soil samples taken and to use the opportunities of both institutes in this work.
