Another session of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan took place.
The event was attended by the president of ANAS, Academician Isa Habibbeyli, members of the Presidium, heads of departments of the Presidium, directors of scientific institutions and organizations, as well as responsible persons.
Academician Isa Habibbeyli opened the session with an introductory speech and informed about the agenda of the event.
At the beginning of the event, ANAS corresponding member Panah Muradov and corresponding member Saleh Maharramov were presented with honorary certificates of ANAS.
The first question discussed at the meeting was the course of preparation for the 80th anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences and the upcoming tasks.
