Institute of Microbiology of ANAS has held a commemorative event dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the January 20 tragedy.
In advance, the memory of our martyrs who died for the freedom and sovereignty of our homeland was commemorated with a minute of silence.
Opening the event, Director General of the Institute, corresponding member of ANAS Panah Muradov said that the January 20 tragedy had written sparkle pages in the heroic history of our people, became the first pinnacle of the path to independence and the awakening of our national ideology's desire for freedom. The scientist stressed that our martyrs and the Alley of Martyrs will be a source of pride for future generations as a symbol of our freedom, independence and national will.
After the event, employees of the institute pilgrimaged the Alley of Martyrs in honor of the victims of the January 20 tragedy.
