Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of ANAS (IMBB) held an exam on the subject of specialization of modern problems of Biology for fresman master students studying in "Biology" at the institutes of the Department of Biological and Medical Sciences. 10 master students from the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies, 6 master students from the Institute of Genetic Resources, 3 master students from the Institute of Microbiology and 2 master students from the Institute of Botany have participated in the exam.
For the first time in the master's program of ANAS, 7 teachers from different institutes of the Department of Biological and Medical Sciences were involved in teaching one specialty course. Corresponding member of ANAS Ilham Shahmuradov from the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Professor of Cambridge University, Head of the Computational Structural Biology Group of the Institute of Molecular Biology of the Medical Research Council (MRC) in Cambridge, Head of the International Laboratory of Computational Structural Biology, Professor Garib Murshudov Ph.D., Associate Professor Nurmammad Mustafayev, Ph.D., Associate Professor Alamdar Mammadov, Ph.D., Associate Professor Samira Rustamova, corresponding member of ANAS from the Institute of Microbiology Panah Muradov, Ph.D. from the Institute of Genetic Resources, Associate Professor Mehraj Abbasov informed the master students about the latest scientific innovations on current problems and unresolved issues in various areas of modern biology.
Master students successfully demonstrated the knowledge gained in the teaching process in the exam.
