Panah Muradov, General Director of the Institute of Microbiology of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, corresponding member of ANAS, was a guest of Space TV's "Space Morning" program broadcast live on April 25.
The program discussed the price increase and low-quality food, the low-quality products sold in the consumer market in recent days, including the quality of potatoes sold to the population as food.
P. Muradov brought to the attention of the audience the results of microbiological analysis of some products submitted for analysis to the Institute, including potatoes sold to the public in markets as food. He said that according to the obtained analysis results, it is dangerous to feed them to animals. Therefore, it is important to sort and prevent non-food products from entering the markets.
