The Republican Scientific Conference “XXVII of Doctoral Students and Young Researchers (NASCO XXVII)”, kicked off on December 10 at Sumgayit State University, continued its work with section meetings. The two-day conference was dedicated to the “Year of Solidarity for the Green World”. The section “Natural Sciences” was chaired by the head of the laboratory of the Institute of Microbiology of the MSE RA, Doctor of Science, Professor Konul Bakhshaliyeva.
The event was attended by full-time doctoral students of our institution, Rafiga Naghiyeva, Susan Abdullayeva, and Gultekin Arabova.
Doctoral students - Susan Abdullayeva delivered a lecture on “Hydrochemical regime of the Okchuchay and Araz rivers”, Gultekin Arabova on “Mycobiota of orchards cultivated in the Absheron-Khizi economic-geographical region”, and Rafiga Naghiyeva on “Bisexual metabolites of fungi found in a number of essential oil plants”.
During the speeches, a wide exchange of views was held on the topics and questions asked to the speaker were responded.
The purpose of the conference is to organize a discussion of the results of scientific research conducted by doctoral students and young researchers, as well as to stimulate their scientific creativity.
At the end, certificates were presented to our employees.
